Listen, spending $1,000 on a phone is absurd — I’m looking during you, iPhone X! If I’m being honest, we don’t feel super gentle spending ceiling of $650 on a phone either.
It is, however — comparatively speaking— a best cost for a flagship smartphone from a vital manufacturer. Apple’s iPhone X costs $1,000, and a iPhone 8 costs $700, while Samsung’s Galaxy S9 goes for over $700, and LG’s G7 ThinQ starts during $750.
Naturally, there are pluses and minuses to those other phones. Limiting a contention particularly to price, a Pixel 2 has them all beat.
