Essential Phone skips Android Oreo 8.0 due to fortitude issues

Android phonemaker Essential is skipping over Android Oreo 8.0 notwithstanding running a beta module for a height these past dual months. Apparently, it detected several fortitude issues in 8.0 during testing, that it believes will be addressed by 8.1.
