Google Maps already has relabeled a widen of Congress Parkway as Ida B. Wells Drive.
The City Council final week voted to rename a downtown travel in respect of Ida B. Wells-Barnett, an African-American publisher who worked to display lynching, pushed for women’s right to opinion and started countless organizations to assistance African-Americans benefit mercantile and domestic energy opposite a country.
